- Construction: Built with high-insulation PUF panels (60mm–150mm thick) that lock together tightly.
- Surfaces: Inner & outer walls available in SS304, powder-coated GI, or painted galvanized sheets.
- Flooring: Durable anti-slip aluminum or SS checker plates, fully insulated.
- Cooling System: Equipped with air- or water-cooled compressors (hermetic/semi-hermetic) for efficient refrigeration.
- Evaporators: Ceiling or wall-mounted, rust-protected, ensuring even cooling.
- Doors:Sliding or hinged, tightly sealed with emergency release, lock, and handles.
- Lighting:Waterproof LED lights for energy efficiency and clear visibility.
- Smart Control Panel: Features temperature/humidity sensors, auto-defrost, and real-time alerts.
- Refrigerants: Eco-friendly gases – R404A, R134A, R507.
