Refrigeration Equipment
Cold Room
Cold rooms are insulated storage chambers designed to maintain temperatures from -20°C to +10°C, ideal for dairy, food, and pharmaceutical products. Available in sizes from 100 to 1000 sq. ft, they use PUF panels and support 3–10 tons of cooling capacity.
Walk-in Freezer
Walk-in systems maintain -18°C for freezers and +2°C to +8°C for chillers, with capacities of 100 to 500 cu. ft. Built with anti-slip floors, insulated doors, and SS interiors, they provide easy access and optimal preservation.
Blast Chiller
Blast chillers quickly reduce the temperature of hot food from +70°C to +3°C in under 90 minutes, minimizing bacterial growth. Models are available with batch capacities of 10 to 100 kg, suitable for commercial kitchens and dairy dessert processing.
Dairy Equipment
Dairy Plant
Complete systems for 500–5000 LPH milk processing, including filtration, HTST pasteurization, homogenization, and automatic packaging. Constructed in SS 304/316, they meet international food-grade standards.
Chilling VAT
These 200–2000-liter SS tanks cool milk to below 4°C using inbuilt refrigeration and agitators for uniform chilling. Made with double-jacketed insulation, they help preserve milk quality pre-processing.
Road Milk Tanker
These mobile tanks transport 1000–10000 liters of milk in SS 304 vessels with PUF insulation, maintaining 4°C to 8°C. They include CIP ports, baffles, and sampling valves for hygiene during transit.
